History
President of Solarise Jamie Alexander Shorb is a fifth generation contractor whose family started back in 1896. He grew up from a young age swinging a hammer. Taught by his father Dennis Shorb and grandfather Frank Shorb owners of Shorb and Sons Construction and Kreative Kitchens. Always believing in not only using the best of products but doing the work efficiently without compromising quality. The same is proudly done here at Solarise.

HOW IT WORKS
Leaves, seeds, twigs and debris lay on top of the Leaf Shelter panel and are blown off by the wind.

1. Warranty of Goods. Sun Glo has a Lifetime Limited Warranty of 50 years against manufacture defects, corrosion, deterioration and leakage on their products such as their 24 guage galvanized flashings, 98% reflective light tube, trim rings, powder coated decorative rings, high impact 100% acrylic domes and diffusers. Electrical and dimmer parts are warranted for 3 years. Vortex Solar attic fan motor is warranted for 25 years and solar panel for 25 years. 24 gauge galvanized Solar attic fan housing has a 50 year warranty. Altering or abusing the product will void all warranties.
2. Warranty on Installation. Solarise Inc. offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty on installation for as long as you live in your home. Roof must be kept in good repair; this includes missing shingles, tiles, etc. Any and all debris must not be allowed to build up on roof behind the flashing. Flashing and surrounding area must not be altered. If these conditions are not met, labor warranty is void.
3. Disclaimer Of Warranty and Limitation Of Liability.
In no event shall Sun Glo or Solarise Inc.
be liable for loss of profits, indirect, special incidental, consequential or other
similar damages, including but not limited to and claim or demand arising out
of the installation, existence, furnishing or functioning of any of the goods or use
by any customer or third party of any product. To the fullest extent allowed by
law, the liability of Solarise Inc. to customer for all claims with the respect to
installation shall be limited to the lesser of (A) The cost of installation; (B) The
cost of installing equivalent products; or (C) The cost of repairing the products.
